Power, one of the world’s most well-known and trusted providers of Voice of the Customer insights. The inaugural Home Security Satisfaction Report℠ found that MONI ranked highly on system reliability, system installation and setup, ease of using the system, clarity of the owner’s manual, effectiveness in securing the home and speed of monitoring response. MONI achieved an “Among the Best” Power Circle Rating, the highest possible position.
