President & CEO
Jeff Gardner joined MONI in September 2015 with more than 25 years of expertise in operations management, strategic development, finance, accounting, and financial reporting. His management philosophy combines meticulous analysis, strong operational metrics, consistent communications, collaborative governance, and a passionate team approach.
Jeff was President and CEO for nine years at Windstream, a Fortune 500 communications and services provider. He transformed Windstream from a legacy wireline company to a next-generation communications leader as the company acquired nine entities with a combined value of more than $5 billion.
Before that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Alltel Corp., and served in various executive positions at 360 Communications. Jeff is a current National Association of Corporate Directors Board Leadership Fellow. He is a CPA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting from Purdue University, as well as an MBA from The College of William & Mary.
Chief Financial Officer
Fred Graffam joined MONI in September 2017 with over 25 years of financial management and accounting experience. Fred brings to the team strong financial experience and a background in the technology and telecom industries to help accelerate MONI’s transformation.
Prior to joining MONI, Fred served as Senior Vice President of Finance for DigitalGlobe, Inc. During his tenure with DigitalGlobe, Fred served in various capacities including leading the financial planning and analysis, investor relations and M&A functions.
Prior to his time at DigitalGlobe, Fred served as Senior Vice President of Finance – North America and Asia Pacific for Level 3 Communications from 2012 to 2013. Before Level 3, he spent 17 years with Comcast Corporation, serving as Senior Vice President of Comcast’s D.C. and Baltimore Regions and as Senior Vice President – Finance, West Division during his tenure. He began his career in public accounting with Deloitte.
Chief Operations Officer
Bruce Mungiguerra joined MONI in 2006 as Director of Consumer Sales, with more than 17 years of operations, sales and call-center leadership experience. In 2008 he was promoted to Vice President of Field Service and Technical Operations, and in 2011 became Vice President of Sales and Dealer Development.
Bruce became Vice President of Operations in 2012, Senior Vice President of Operations in 2015, and Chief Operations Officer in 2017. He is responsible for dealer sales and development, field operations, and the Alarm Response Center.
Before joining MONI, Bruce spent five years in senior management with Brink’s Home Security. He also spent 14 years with Delta Air Lines in a variety of leadership roles.
Chief Information Officer
Cindy Nash came to MONI in February of 2016 with 25 years as an executive in the technology sector. She is a proven leader in strategic planning, business and systems re-engineering, acquisition integrations and outsourcing.
Cindy was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Windstream from 2007-2015. Before that, Cindy was Senior Vice President of Customer Service. She led all customer care functions, including call centers, service assurance centers, treatment/collections, Internet help desk, and call-center technology.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Chief Marketing Officer
Anthony Conversa joined MONI in August of 2017 with more than 20 years of experience in marketing and sales, exclusively with consumer-facing brands. He brings extensive knowledge in branding, agency management, digital marketing, advertising, lead generation and sales management.
Before joining MONI, Anthony worked for three years as CMO for LiveWatch - Home Security System, a leading direct-to-consumer home security company. Prior to that, he was V.P., Sales and Marketing for The Oreck Corp.
Anthony earned his Bachelor's Degree from Western Illinois University and is a candidate (June 2018) for his Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
Chief People Officer
Kelly Harris joined the MONI team in July of 2016, bringing more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources, including more than 25 years at JCPenney. Most recently, Kelly served as the Lead HR Business Partner for ADT overseeing customer care, monitoring, billing, loyalty and internal telesales groups for multiple sites. She has a unique understanding of how human resources, customer service, sales and operations management can collaborate to help maintain a competitive advantage in our industry.
Kelly has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from Lindenwood University in St. Louis, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Chief Customer Officer
Jay Autrey came to MONI in June 2015 with more than 20 years of customer service leadership. He is responsible for the company’s Customer Experience (CX) strategy including call center, digital support and the overall operation of Customer Care which includes technical support, billing and customer moves.
Prior to joining MONI, Jay was Group Director for Customer Care at ADT, where he led strategy development, customer analytics, change management and service quality for all North American contact centers. Before that, he played major roles as Director of Customer Operations for Brink’s Security, then as Vice President of Customer Operations for Broadview Security.
Jay received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University.
