President & CEO
Jeff Gardner joined Moni in September 2015 with more than 25 years of expertise in operations management, strategic development, finance, accounting and financial reporting. He has built a successful career using a management philosophy that combines meticulous analysis, strong operational metrics, consistent communications, collaborative governance and a passionate team approach.
Prior to joining Moni, he was President and CEO for nine years at Windstream, a Fortune 500 enterprise communications and services provider. Jeff transformed Windstream from a legacy wireline company, dependent on residential voice for the majority of its revenues, to a next generation communications leader with more than 70 percent of its revenues from broadband and business. Under his leadership, the company acquired nine entities with a combined value of more than $5 billion.
Before that, Jeff was Chief Financial Officer at Alltel Corp., and spent his early career in various executive positions at 360 Communications. He is a CPA, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting from Purdue University, as well as an M.B.A. from The College of William & Mary.
Executive Vice President
Mike Meyers, CPA, has been with Moni since July 1996 when the company had just 50 employees. Today, it has more than 1,000 employees and over $300 million in revenue. In August 2011, Mike was also named CFO of Ascent Capital Group, Inc., which acquired Moni in December 2010.
When Mike joined Moni, he had over 15 years of accounting, finance, and operations experience. He has worked with a variety of businesses, including Fortune 500, medium and small companies, as well as in public accounting.
Mike was previously the Vice President and Treasurer at Tyler Corp., a diversified public holding company, and Senior Vice President of Forest City Auto Parts, a 65-store auto parts retailer. His responsibilities at Tyler included directing financial functions, leading acquisition teams and overseeing investor relations of a public company. Prior to joining Tyler, Mike directed the financial function of PacTel Personal Communications, a large national paging operation. He also spent five years in public accounting with Arthur Andersen and Touche Ross.
Chief Operations Officer
Bruce Mungiguerra joined the Moni team in 2006 as Director of Consumer Sales, bringing with him more than 17 years of operations, sales and call-center leadership experience. In 2008 he was promoted to Vice President of Field Service and Technical Operations, and in 2011 was again promoted to Vice President of Sales and Dealer Development, where he was responsible for all aspects of the Moni Dealer Program.
Bruce became Vice President of Operations in 2012, and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations in 2015. He is responsible for all aspects of dealer sales and development, field operations, customer operations and the company’s alarm monitoring center. He enthusiastically drives the performance of these groups, exceeding the needs of Moni customers and dealer network.
Before joining Moni, Bruce spent five years with Brink’s Home Security working in several senior management positions. Prior to that, he spent 14 years with Delta Air Lines in a variety of leadership roles.
Chief Information Officer
Cindy Nash came to Moni in February of 2016 with 25 years of executive experience in the technology sector. She is a proven IT leader in strategic planning, business and systems re-engineering, acquisition integrations, outsourcing and team building.
Cindy is an accomplished and respected business leader with strong interpersonal, negotiation and management skills. She served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Windstream Communications from 2007 through 2015, working extensively to integrate technology for customers and associates.
Prior to becoming CIO at Windstream, Cindy was Senior Vice President of Customer Service. She led all customer care functions for Windstream, including service delivery, call centers, service assurance centers, treatment/collections, Internet help desk, and call-center technology.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer information Systems from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Chief Marketing Officer
Frank Guido joined Moni in November of 2015 with more than 25 years of experience in marketing and sales, working primarily with Fortune 500 companies. He brings extensive knowledge in branding, agency management, digital marketing, big data and analytics, advertising and lead generation.
As Chief Marketing Officer, his management style is focused around building a winning team and creating a culture of success. Before joining Moni, Frank worked as Marketing Director for Windstream Communications, a Fortune 500 enterprise communications and services provider; Executive Vice President of nTelos, a regional carrier based in Charlottesville, Va.; and Vice President of Marketing for Alltel Wireless, where he had advertising spend of over $100 million; and several other positions.
Frank earned his Bachelor's Degree from Michigan State University and his MBA from Wake Forest University's Babcock Graduate School of Management.
Chief Customer Officer
Jay Autrey came to Moni in June 2015 with more than 20 years of leadership and expertise in customer service. He is responsible for the overall operation of Customer Care, which includes customer technical support, billing assistance and customer moves.
From June 2010 until his arrival at Moni, Jay was Group Director for Customer Care at ADT, where he led strategy development, customer analytics, change management and service quality for all North American contact centers. Before that, he played major roles with customer-facing teams as Director of Customer Operations for Brink’s Security, then as Vice President of Customer Operations for Broadview Security. Jay also held various leadership positions at AT&T Wireless Services prior to joining the security industry.
Jay received his B.B.A.in Management and Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Vice President of Product Marketing
Peter came to Moni in December of 2015 with more than 20 years of leadership and expertise in product marketing and management, customer experience, and strategic planning.
Before joining Moni, Peter was Vice President of Enterprise Product Marketing at Windstream Communications, responsible for product management and marketing of Windstream’s $3 billion enterprise data and voice services business. He was also responsible for developing and driving Windstream’s customer experience management program.
Prior to that, he held a number of product management and marketing roles at Cavalier, Mpower, Edge Connections, and MCI. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Chief People Officer
Kelly Harris joined the MONI team in July of 2016, bringing more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources, including more than 25 years at leading national retailer, JCPenney. Most recently, Kelly served as the Lead HR Business Partner for ADT overseeing customer care, monitoring, billing, loyalty and internal telesales groups for multiple sites. She has acquired a unique understanding of how human resources, customer service, sales and operations management can collaborate to help maintain a competitive advantage in our industry.
Kelly has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from the Lindenwood University in St. Louis, MO, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
