All equipment pictured on this site, including keypads and cameras, is dependent on availability.

Referral Reward Offer

Referrals must be submitted using the Monireferral reward web form  prior to the installation date of the referred party. Gift cards are limited to one $50 gift card per referred party and will not be awarded if the referred customer information is submitted after the installation date.  The referred customer's account must be online and purchased by MONI to qualify for the referral reward promotion. Please allow for 3-5 weeks for delivery of referral reward gift cards. 

Move Offer Program

Offer available to customers with 1-year MONI account history and current up-to-date billing. Customer must sign a new 36-month or 60-month contract at minimum required monthly rate.  Customer must be owner of the new home site and must be within a MONI service area.  Keypad type dependent on availability.  Cell communication for primary or backup monitoring is considered a service upgrade and may be subject to additional cost. HomeTouch requires the installation and/or activation of a compatible alarm system with MONI monitoring service and a compatible computer, smartphone or tablet with Internet and e-mail access. Extended Service Option: If Customer requests repair service (other than service pursuant to an original installation warranty), Company or its contractor may agree to provide such repair service during its regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) for fifty dollars ($50) per service trip (or at Company’s customary rates outside of the specified hours or days) for as long as Company provides Customer’s monitoring service and Customer is current on all payments. Customer is responsible for repairs to or replacements of batteries; key fobs; alarm screens; cellular equipment; cameras; video equipment; and home automation or interactive notification services, equipment, hardware or software. Customer is also responsible for damage caused by abuse, misuse, faulty connections, tampering, construction, vandalism, theft, acts of God, cosmetic damage or any other cause other than normal wear and tear.


Testimonials

Testimonials may be used in connection with publicizing and promoting MONI. I authorize The MONI to use my name, brief biographical information, and the Testimonial as defined on this form. I hereby irrevocably authorize MONI to copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the Testimonial for purposes of publicizing MONI's programs or for any other lawful purpose. These statements may be used in printed publications, multimedia presentations, on websites or in any other distribution media. I agree that I will make no monetary or other claim against MONI for the use of the statement. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, wherein my likeness or my testimonial appears. I hereby hold harmless and release MONI from all claims, demands and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

The Consumers’ Choice Award®

The Consumers' Choice Award® and any associated trademarks, slogans and logos are the sole and exclusive property of Market Data Systems, Inc. and its affiliates. The Consumers’ Choice Award® does not sponsor, affiliate, or endorse these products and services. MONI International, Inc. as the Recipient has been chosen as the recipient of the Award in the categories of (1) Home Alarm Security Systems – Headquartered in DFW and (2) Business Security Alarm Systems – Headquartered in DFW in the Survey Sampling International Survey in the Dallas, Texas area for the year 2014 "Award Year".

AutoPay

By signing up for AutoPay, I authorize MONI and my financial institution to deduct the amount of my monthly MONI bill from the designated checking or savings account and/or I certify that I am the card owner or have authorization to charge to the debit or credit card I have designated. I may choose another payment method in the future by contacting MONI and providing the new payment method information. I understand that my automatic payment will be deducted and/or my debit and/or credit card will be charged on the date indicated on my monthly bill. I have the right to terminate this deduction by notifying MONI by calling the customer care number on my bill at least five (5) business days prior to the deduction date. My authorization and the MONI AutoPay service will remain in full force and effect until revoked by me, my financial institution, or MONI.

Extended Service:

Extended Service Option: If Customer requests repair service (other than service pursuant to an original installation warranty), Company or its contractor may agree to provide such repair service during its regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) for fifty dollars ($50) per service trip (or at Company’s customary rates outside of the specified hours or days) for as long as Company provides Customer’s monitoring service and Customer is current on all payments. Customer is responsible for repairs to or replacements of batteries; key fobs; alarm screens; cellular equipment; cameras; video equipment; and home automation or interactive notification services, equipment, hardware or software. Customer is also responsible for damage caused by abuse, misuse, faulty connections, tampering, construction, vandalism, theft, acts of God, cosmetic damage or any other cause other than normal wear and tear.

False Alarm Protection:

MONI International, Inc. (“MONI”) will credit Customer’s monitoring account for up to fifty dollars ($50) for each false alarm fine paid by Customer, if, and only if, ALL of the following conditions are met: (1) the false alarm fine is not a result of user error or Customer’s negligence; (2) Customer is not in default under his/her Alarm Monitoring Agreement and is current on payments due; and (3) Customer provides MONI with a copy of any receipt reflecting the amount Customer paid for each false alarm fine within sixty (60) days of payment of such fines. There is a limit of two credits under this program in any consecutive twelve (12) month period. Customer understands that MONI reserves the right to reject any credit under this program if ALL of the above-referenced conditions are not met. Customer further understands that this program may be changed, modified or discontinued at the sole discretion of MONI. Payments of any amounts under this program are in no way intended to be an admission of fault or liability on the part of MONI, and Customer expressly agrees that acceptance of any credit will not be evidence of liability for any failure by MONI as to any products or services. This program only applies to MONI customers that execute an Alarm Monitoring Agreement on or after March 5, 2014. Theft Coverage:

MONI International, Inc. (“MONI”) will reimburse a Customer for up to five hundred dollars ($500) for amounts paid by Customer to cover homeowner’s insurance deductible, if, and only if, ALL of the following conditions are met: (1) the property loss was a result of a break-in that took place while the security system was installed at Customer’s protected premises (“Premises”) was armed at the time of the break-in, and while all of the Customer’s doors and windows were locked; (2) the intruder entered the Premises through a door, window or other area equipped with a detection device, such device was not bypassed, or rendered incapable of detecting intrusions, and MONI received an intrusion alarm signal in its monitoring center; (3) Customer is not in default under his/her Alarm Monitoring Agreement and is current on payments due; (4) Customer files a written claim with his/her homeowner’s insurance company, and such claim is not rejected or otherwise contested by the insurer; (5) Customer reports the break-in to the appropriate police department and obtains a written police report; and (6) Customer provides MONI with copies of the Customer’s insurance claim report, the police report and proof of settlement by the insurance company, including a declaration document from the insurance company reflecting the amount of Customer’s paid insurance deductible within one-hundred twenty (120) days of the property loss.  There is a limit of one reimbursement under this program in any consecutive twelve (12) month period. Customer understands that MONI reserves the right to reject any reimbursement under this program if ALL of the above-referenced conditions are not met.  Customer further understands that this program may be changed, modified or discontinued at the sole discretion of MONI Payments of any amounts under this program are in no way intended to be an admission of fault or liability on the part of MONI, and Customer expressly agrees that acceptance of any reimbursement will not be evidence of liability for any break-in or other failure by MONI as to any products or services.  This program only applies to MONI customers that execute an Alarm Monitoring Agreement on or after March 5, 2014.  All information requested above and/or questions related to this program may be (i) faxed to 972.620.5557, Attn: ERT Department; (ii) emailed to executiveresponseteam@mymoni.com; or (iii) mailed to 2350 Valley View Lane, Dallas, TX 75234, Attn: ERT Department.

Cost Recovery Fee

This fee recovers costs incurred in the provision and maintenance of hardware, firmware and software to connect customer’s homes and businesses security systems to alarm monitoring networks, including costs for the replacement of customer premises security system radio equipment utilizing legacy cellular networks.

Incomplete, unreadable or unintelligible submissions will be disqualified. Prize Details

2 reserved seating tickets to the February 5 Super Bowl in Houston. Winner to be announced January 31. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $6,000 ($3,000 per ticket).

MONI will provide air travel on Saturday, February 4 and Monday, February 6, as well as hotel accommodations for the evenings of Saturday, February 4 and Sunday, February 5. Winner will be responsible for all other costs associated with the trip.

Prizes are provided "as is." The actual value of the prizes is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. As previously stated, winner must supply Sponsor with a complete and valid IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving his/her prize. The value of each prize is taxable to winner as income. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of winner for the actual value of prize awarded if the aggregate value of Prize awarded to and other compensation received by winner from Sponsor is $600 or greater for the calendar year.

Odds

The Odds of winning the Sweepstakes will vary depending on how many people enter the Sweepstakes.

Random Selection of Winner

At the conclusion of the Sweepstakes entry period, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing of all entrants to determine the winner. Prize shall be awarded as set forth in these rules. Prize is not redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other prize, except that Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. A winner must claim the prize within 48 hours of notification by Sponsor that they have won, or a new winner will be selected. Winners will be notified by Facebook message, and will then request personal contact information. The names, city and state of the winners will be published by the Sponsor on its social media sites and/or public website at the end of the Sweepstakes period. Prizes can be transferred to a friend or family member. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and/or use of the prizes (including any permit fees) not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the winner's responsibility. Conduct of Sweepstakes/Limitation of Sponsor’s Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries or any computer, telephone or technical malfunction that may occur for any reason. CONSTRUCTION

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Cancellation Process

We love having you as a customer. Should the time come when you decide that a home security solution is not right for you, we don’t think it should be a process. Simply call us at 800.447.9239 and we’ll send you the easy DocuSign cancellation procedures, which includes an explanation of our 30 day cancellation process and what to expect on your final bill. Early termination charges may apply.

 

You will receive your cancel documents via email within 48 – 72 business hours from MONI Correspondence via DocuSign (dse_na@docusign.net). If the email is not received in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. To complete the DocuSign be sure to follow the on screen instructions.
